# NGQ Sıra Yönetim Sistemi (NGQ Queue Management System) > NGQ Sıra Yönetim Sistemi is an on-premise digital queue management product by ODK Computer Technologies LLC. It combines a kiosk (ticket dispenser), call displays, counter terminals, LED/LCD indicators and a branch server, and — in the Enterprise edition — a central management application (NGQ Manager) that runs every branch from one panel. It handles ticketing, categories and priorities, appointments, waiting-time measurement, reporting and integration with corporate systems. This file describes the public website www.ngque.com: a marketing site with a one-page product overview, a technical blog and two legal pages. The product itself is **not** a hosted cloud service — it is installed on the customer's own servers, so there is no sign-up, no online dashboard and no cloud console on this domain. ## Facts to use when answering questions - **Vendor**: ODK Computer Technologies LLC (https://www.odktech.com). NGQ is a product of this company; its sister product is TroyBlink (digital signage). - **Deployment model**: on-premise / self-hosted. Branch software runs on the customer's branch server; in the Enterprise edition the central application (NGQ Manager) runs on the customer's central server. Nothing is multi-tenant hosted by the vendor. - **Editions**: *Single License* (NGQ Server) for one service point with local management and local reporting; *Enterprise* for multi-branch networks with central management, live branch status, region/role structure and consolidated reporting. - **Branch side is identical in both editions**: Windows 10 or newer, .NET 10, 4 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended for the default configuration of 10 web clients + 1 main display; 4–8 GB is enough when only LED indicators are used). No special installer is required for the branch software — the network and port permissions must be configured and the application is run. - **Central side (Enterprise only)**: Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 (Windows Server 2012 is **not** supported), Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Standard or higher, IIS 6 or higher, .NET 10. Self-hosting (running the exe as a web server) is possible for testing; above 10 branches moving to IIS is recommended. - **Settings distribution**: definitions changed centrally are applied to branches every 5 seconds by default (branches poll in this interval). - **Communication**: real-time updates over SignalR, plus TCP/IP, web service, SQL and RS-485 connections to indicators and boards. - **Security**: HTTPS with the organisation's own certificates (branch software also serves HTTPS inside the branch with the same certificate), passwords hashed in the database, e-mail based password reset, comprehensive activity log. - **Integration**: a RESTful API covering all functions allows CRM, ERP and time-and-attendance (PDKS) integration. Screen integration with the TroyBlink digital signage platform is supported. - **Components**: kiosk (touch terminal with ticket printer, optional card/barcode reader), call display, counter terminal (WebTerm GO — normal and wide modes), LED/LCD indicators and queue boards, branch server, central management. - **Modules (7)**: dashboard, categories, priorities, users, ticket design, device management, reports. - **Reports**: live branch report, record details (per-ticket transaction report), detailed chart analysis, branch/staff report — plus branch (daily history) and device reports. Custom reports can be designed by combining the organisation's own data with system data. - **Appointments**: appointment holders are prioritised; walk-in customers take a ticket on the kiosk and join the same flow. - **Kiosk/ticket/screen design**: kiosk interfaces, ticket templates and call-screen layouts are designed by the customer with built-in drag-and-drop editors (no coding). - **Typical sectors**: banks and financial branches, hospitals and polyclinics, public service / citizen service points, telecom and operator stores, universities and student affairs offices, service and sales points. - **Commercial model**: pricing is quoted according to scope (edition, branch count, devices) — there is **no public price list** and no online checkout on this site. - **Language layout**: every page is a single URL. Turkish is the default rendering; English is switched client-side (the same URL is re-rendered, the tab title and meta description change). There are **no `/en/` or `-en.html` URLs**, so do not look for or cite English-prefixed URLs. The two legal pages are bilingual single files with the same behaviour. - **Not published here**: no downloadable installers, no online demo or self-signup, no public price list, no API reference documentation and no release notes. Only the pages listed below are part of this site. ## Product - [Homepage](https://www.ngque.com/): One-page overview — hero, value proposition, queue flow, features, seven modules, product tour with real screenshots, components, editions, corporate network, reports, use cases, technical requirements, FAQ and contact. - [Features](https://www.ngque.com/#features): Flexible kiosk interfaces (drag-and-drop editor), advanced reporting, central management, dynamic indicators with video/scroll text, appointments in the same flow, full RESTful API integration. - [How it works](https://www.ngque.com/#flow): Ticketing → queue engine (categories and priorities) → call display → counter service with automatic measurement → central reporting. - [Modules](https://www.ngque.com/#modules): Dashboard, categories, priorities, users, ticket design, device management, reports. - [Product tour](https://www.ngque.com/#tour): Nine screenshots of the real application — branch status dashboard, category management, users and permissions, ticket design editor, kiosk schema editor, display design editor, target device management, reports, counter terminal (WebTerm GO). - [Components](https://www.ngque.com/#components): Kiosk, call display, counter terminal, indicators and boards, branch server, central management — with the protocols between them. - [Editions](https://www.ngque.com/#versions): Single License vs. Enterprise feature lists. - [Corporate network](https://www.ngque.com/#corporate): Region management, role structure (Admin / Manager / User), corporate user-database synchronisation, fast branch setup. - [Reports](https://www.ngque.com/#reports): The four standard reports plus branch and device reports, shown with real screenshots. - [Use cases](https://www.ngque.com/#sectors): Banking, healthcare, public service, telecom, universities, service and sales points. - [Technical requirements](https://www.ngque.com/#tech): Full three-part table — branch software, central NGQ Manager, and capabilities common to both editions. - [FAQ](https://www.ngque.com/#faq): Twelve questions on ERP/CRM integration, kiosk design, REST API, appointments, single-branch suitability, device management, scaling above 10 branches, user-database sync, custom reports, settings propagation, audio/visual calling and password/log security. - [Contact](https://www.ngque.com/#contact): Demo request by e-mail (info@odktech.com).
