Tanıtım sitemizde hangi verileri topladığımızı ve ürün tarafındaki verilerin sorumluluğunun nasıl paylaşıldığını açıklıyoruz.

1. Giriş ve kapsam

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, ODK Computer Technologies LLC tarafından geliştirilen NGQ Sıra Yönetim Sistemi için www.ngque.com tanıtım sitesinde kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Politikayı bu sitede gezinirken, bizimle e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçtiğinizde ve ürün hakkında bilgi talep ettiğinizde uygularız.

2. Veri sorumlusu ve rol dağılımı

İki ayrı ortam söz konusudur ve sorumluluk bunlara göre ayrılır:

Tanıtım sitesi (www.ngque.com): Veri sorumlusu ODK Computer Technologies LLC'dir. Site üzerinden toplanan veriler bu politika kapsamında işlenir.
NGQ ürünü (NGQ Manager, şube yazılımı, kiosk ve gösterge uygulamaları): Ürün, sizin sunucularınızda ve kendi altyapınızda çalışır. Sıra, bilet, çağrı, personel ve rapor verileri sizin ortamınızda tutulur; bu veriler için veri sorumlusu kurumunuzdur. ODK bu verilere kendiliğinden erişmez ve yalnızca talebiniz hâlinde, sizin onayınızla ve sizin ortamınızda destek sağlar.

Ürün tarafındaki veri işleme, kurumunuzun kendi politika ve aydınlatma metinleri kapsamındadır; aşağıdaki başlıklar ağırlıklı olarak tanıtım sitesini kapsar.

3. Toplanan bilgiler

Tanıtım sitesinde aşağıdaki bilgiler işlenebilir:

İletişim bilgileri: Bize e-posta gönderdiğinizde paylaştığınız ad, kurum, e-posta adresi ve telefon numarası.
Teknik kayıtlar: IP adresi, tarayıcı türü ve sürümü, işletim sistemi, istek zamanı gibi siteyi sunan altyapının olağan günlük kayıtları.
Ölçüm verileri: Google Analytics 4 ile toplanan toplulaştırılmış sayfa görüntüleme ve gezinme istatistikleri.
Tarayıcı tercihleri: Dil (ngq-lang) ve tema (ngq-theme) tercihleri; bunlar yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklanır.

Sitede üyelik, ödeme veya dosya yükleme alanı yoktur; bu nedenle sitede kredi kartı, TCKN veya benzeri özel nitelikli veri talep edilmez.

4. Bilgilerin kullanımı

Sorularınızı yanıtlamak ve demo / teklif taleplerini değerlendirmek
Sitenin güvenliğini sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı engellemek
Sitenin kullanılabilirliğini ve içeriğini ölçüm verilerine dayanarak iyileştirmek
Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Paylaştığınız iletişim bilgilerini, açık talebiniz olmadan tanıtım amaçlı e-posta göndermek için kullanmayız.

5. Veri paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz. Veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar aracılığıyla ve sınırlı amaçlarla işlenir:

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 ölçümü
Cloudflare, Inc. — alan adı, CDN ve güvenlik katmanı

Ayrıca yasal bir zorunluluk veya yetkili kurum talebi olması hâlinde ilgili mercilerle paylaşım yapılabilir.

Ürün verileri paylaşılmaz: NGQ kurulumunuzda tutulan sıra, bilet, çağrı ve rapor verileri sizin altyapınızda kalır. CRM, ERP veya PDKS gibi entegrasyonlar sizin yapılandırmanızla ve sizin sunucularınızda çalışır; bu entegrasyonlara veri aktarımı tamamen sizin denetiminizdedir.

6. Veri güvenliği

Tanıtım sitesinde tüm veri iletimi TLS 1.3 ile şifrelenir.
Ürün tarafında HTTPS sertifikası, rol bazlı yetkilendirme, işlem ve erişim günlükleri ile düzenli veritabanı yedeklemesi standarttır.
Destek erişimleri yalnızca talebiniz ve onayınız doğrultusunda açılır.

7. Veri saklama süresi

İletişim yazışmaları, talebin sonuçlanmasından sonra makul bir süre (genellikle 12 aya kadar) saklanır ve ardından silinir. Analitik ölçüm verileri Google Analytics 4 saklama ayarlarına göre tutulur. Ürün verileri sizin veritabanınızda, sizin belirlediğiniz saklama ve arşivleme kurallarına göre tutulur.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bunlara erişme
Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
Verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme ("unutulma hakkı")
İşlemeye itiraz etme ve kısıtlanmasını isteme
Veri taşınabilirliği talep etme
Rızaya dayanan işlemler için rızanızı geri çekme

Başvurularınızı info@odktech.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

9. Çerezler

Site, dil ve tema tercihleri için tarayıcı yerel kayıtlarını; güvenlik ve ölçüm için çerezleri kullanır. Kullanılan kayıtların listesi, süreleri ve bunları nasıl yönetebileceğiniz Çerez Politikası sayfasında ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır.

10. Politika değişiklikleri

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "son güncellenme" tarihi yenilenir. Esaslı değişikliklerde sayfada ek bir bilgilendirme yapılır.

1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed on the www.ngque.com website of the NGQ Queue Management System, developed by ODK Computer Technologies LLC. It applies when you browse this site, contact us by e-mail and request information about the product.

2. Data controller and roles

There are two separate environments and responsibility is divided accordingly:

Marketing website (www.ngque.com): ODK Computer Technologies LLC is the data controller. Data collected through the site is processed under this policy.
NGQ product (NGQ Manager, branch software, kiosk and indicator applications): The product runs on your own servers and inside your own infrastructure. Queue, ticket, call, staff and reporting data is held in your environment; your organisation is the data controller for that data. ODK does not access it on its own and provides support only on request, with your approval and inside your environment.

Data processing within the product falls under your organisation's own policies and privacy notices; the sections below mainly cover the marketing website.

3. Information we collect

The following information may be processed on the marketing website:

Contact details: Name, organisation, e-mail address and phone number you share when you write to us.
Technical logs: IP address, browser type and version, operating system and request time — the ordinary server logs of the infrastructure that serves the site.
Measurement data: Aggregated page view and navigation statistics collected with Google Analytics 4.
Browser preferences: Language (ngq-lang) and theme (ngq-theme) preferences, stored only in your browser.

The site has no membership, payment or file-upload area, so no credit card data, national ID numbers or similar special-category data is requested on the site.

4. How we use the information

To answer your questions and evaluate demo / quotation requests
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
To improve site usability and content based on measurement data
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use the contact details you share to send promotional e-mails without your explicit request.

5. Data sharing

Your personal data is never sold. It is processed only through the following service providers, and only for limited purposes:

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 measurement
Cloudflare, Inc. — domain, CDN and security layer

Data may also be shared with competent authorities where required by law or by a lawful request.

Product data is not shared: queue, ticket, call and reporting data held in your NGQ installation stays in your infrastructure. Integrations such as CRM, ERP or time and attendance systems run with your configuration and on your servers; any transfer to those systems is entirely under your control.

6. Data security

All data transmission on the website is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
On the product side, an HTTPS certificate, role-based authorisation, operation and access logs, and regular database backups are standard.
Support access is opened only at your request and with your approval.

7. Data retention

Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved (usually up to 12 months) and then deleted. Analytics measurement data is retained according to the Google Analytics 4 retention settings. Product data is held in your database under the retention and archiving rules you define.

8. Your rights

Under the Turkish KVKK (Art. 11) and the GDPR you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed and to access it
To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
To request deletion or destruction of your data ("right to be forgotten")
To object to processing and to request restriction of processing
To request data portability
To withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You can send your requests to info@odktech.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

9. Cookies

The site uses browser local storage for language and theme preferences, and cookies for security and measurement. The list of records, their durations and how to manage them are described in detail on the Cookie Policy page.

10. Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "last updated" date is renewed. Material changes are additionally announced on the page.
