1. Kapsam ve taraflar

Bu Kullanım Şartları, ODK Computer Technologies LLC tarafından işletilen www.ngque.com tanıtım sitesinin kullanımına ilişkindir ve siteyi kullanan kişi ile ODK arasında geçerlidir. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

NGQ Sıra Yönetim Sistemi yazılımının kullanımı bu koşullar kapsamında değildir. Ürün, kurulum ve lisans süreci kapsamında imzalanan ayrı bir lisans sözleşmesi çerçevesinde kullanılır; bu site herhangi bir yazılım lisansı vermez.

2. Sitedeki içerik

• Sayfalar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Ürün özellikleri, sistem gereksinimleri ve arayüz ekran görüntüleri sürüme ve yapılandırmaya göre değişebilir.
• Sitede fiyat listesi yayımlanmaz; fiyatlandırma kapsama (sürüm, şube sayısı, cihaz seti) göre teklif usulüyle belirlenir.
• Sitede bağlayıcı bir teklif (icap) yer almaz; teklif süreci sitenin kullanımından bağımsız olarak yürütülür.

3. Fikri mülkiyet

Sitedeki marka, logo, metin, görsel, düzen ve ekran görüntüleri ODK Computer Technologies LLC'ye aittir veya lisanslıdır. Yazılı izin olmadan çoğaltılamaz, ticari amaçla yeniden yayımlanamaz veya üçüncü taraflara dağıtılamaz.

Blog yazılarından kaynak ve bağlantı gösterilerek kısa alıntı yapılabilir. Sitedeki ürün ekran görüntüleri gerçek uygulamadan alınmıştır ve tanıtım amacıyla yayımlanır.

4. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım

• Sitenin çalışmasını bozmaya, erişimi engellemeye veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya yönelik her türlü girişim.
• Sunucuları aşırı yükleyecek otomatik istekler (denetimsiz tarama / kazıma).
• İçeriğin izinsiz olarak ticari biçimde yeniden yayımlanması.
• API erişimi: RESTful API yalnızca kendi kurulumunuzda ve lisans kapsamında kullanılır; bu site üzerinden API erişimi verilmez.

5. Üçüncü taraf bağlantılar

Site; ODK Computer Technologies (www.odktech.com) ve TroyBlink (www.troyblink.com) gibi üçüncü taraf sitelere bağlantı içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve gizlilik uygulamalarından ilgili site sorumludur.

6. Sorumluluk sınırı

• Site "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız erişim garanti edilmez.
• Sitede yer alan teknik gereksinimler ve kurulum bilgileri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; kurulum öncesinde kendi ortamınızda doğrulanmalıdır.
• Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, sitenin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlar için sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Uyuşmazlıklarda öncelikle iyi niyetli çözüm aranır; anlaşma sağlanamazsa ODK Computer Technologies LLC'nin merkez ofisinin bulunduğu yer mahkemeleri yetkilidir (merkez ofis: Priştine, Kosova). Türkiye ofisi İstanbul Çekmeköy'dedir.

These Terms of Service apply to the www.ngque.com website operated by ODK Computer Technologies LLC, and are effective between the person using the site and ODK. By using the site you are deemed to accept these terms.

Use of the NGQ Queue Management System software is not covered by these terms. The product is used under a separate licence agreement signed during the installation and licensing process; this website does not grant any software licence.

2. Content on this site

• The pages are for information only. Product features, system requirements and interface screenshots may change with edition and configuration.
• No price list is published on this site; pricing is quoted according to scope (edition, number of branches, device set).
• The site does not contain a binding offer; the quotation process runs independently of using the site.

3. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, texts, images, layout and screenshots on this site belong to ODK Computer Technologies LLC or are licensed to it. They may not be copied, republished commercially or distributed to third parties without written permission.

Short quotations from blog articles are permitted with attribution and a link. Product screenshots are taken from the real application and are published for illustration.

4. Unacceptable use

• Any attempt to disrupt the site, block access or gain unauthorised access.
• Automated requests that overload the servers (uncontrolled crawling / scraping).
• Unauthorised commercial republication of the content.
• API access: the RESTful API is used in your own installation and under your licence; no API access is provided through this website.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites such as ODK Computer Technologies (www.odktech.com) and TroyBlink (www.troyblink.com). Those sites are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

• The site is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
