Five Seconds From Centre to Branch: How Settings Are Delivered

In a multi-branch structure, the task that wastes the most time is repeating the same definition in every branch. Central management removes that repetition.

Define once

Categories, priority sets, ticket schemes, device types and indicator definitions are created at the centre; branches receive and apply them. Branch staff never have to work with definition screens.

The 5-second rule

A change made at the centre is checked and applied at the branches every 5 seconds by default. A new category or priority definition goes live in all branches at the same time, so version differences or a "this branch was forgotten" situation cannot occur.

Setting up a new branch

When the terminal count of a branch is known, all devices and indicator definitions can be created automatically from that number. Defining devices one by one takes time and increases the chance of error.

What central management brings

  • One standard configuration across branches
  • Automatic device and indicator sets
  • Single-point correction and rollback
  • Consistent reporting covering all branches
A setting made by hand in 20 branches means 20 different chances of error. Doing it once keeps the error margin in one place.
